Instructions for adding your Hotel/Villa to our site

If you are the owner of a hotel or a villa in any Greek area and you would like to promote it on our web site then you have to follow the steps bellow:

Contact us (by phone or email by clicking HERE) to discuss details of your submission of your property. If we both agree terms of collaboration you must follow the steps bellow:

A. Fill the following form (Get the form for hotels HERE, or for villas HERE) with the requested information. Please make sure that you fill in all fields of the form (it is required).
You can send the form by email, by Fax, or by post.
B. Write a detailed description of your property. Parts of it will be used in our site.
Η περιγραφή σας θα πρέπει να είναι όσο το δυνατόν πληρέστερη.
C. Please write a complete list of your prices (official and net). We regret to inform that we will not accept the forms without both official and net prices.
D. Send us a CD with pictures to cover every part of your property. If you decide to send your brochure, please make sure that the pictures are in good condition and not marked or crisped. You can send as many pictures you like but they will be kept to our offices for future use. You can also send pictures from your area. Please note that the better the picture of your premises the better advertisement for it.
E. If you would like to post the forms you can find our address at the end of the page. All forms, CDs and photographs should be sent directly to our department in Greece.
